Clarity that leads to meaningful action.

All About Me

I’m a connector, analyst, and operator. A professional who lives comfortably between data and humanity.

My background is intentionally diverse:
Customer service → retail management → education → operational planning → small business development → policy + data.

It’s a path that taught me how organizations really work, what communities actually need, and how strategy must adapt to different realities.

Today, I focus on simplifying complexity so decision-makers can move forward with confidence.
I believe that data should empower people, not overwhelm them. And I believe underserved communities deserve solutions that are sustainable, not performative.

My Work Philosophy

Clarity. Efficiency. Humanity.
Great strategy only matters if the people using it understand it.
I lead with clear communication, data-backed reasoning, and a deeply human approach to collaboration
